Our Policy

We Guarantee live shipment. If your plant arrives dead on arrival you will get a refund on the cost of the plant(s) excluding the S&H cost. If your plant(s) die or become sick weeks after purchase, we will not refund. For plants that arrive DOA, please contact us with in the first 24 hours or receiving your plant with a photo of the dead plant.

Local pick up is welcome to come and pick up the plant(s). We had to disable that feature on our website due to confusion to our non-local customers. To do local pick up, just send us a message on what plant(s) that you want, and we will send you an invoice through Paypal. If you don’t have Paypal, we can do credit card in person when you come to pick up your order.

Extreme weather conditions:If you live in an area with extreme cold please refrain from ordering or send us a message to ask us to hold your order for you.
If you live in am area with extreme heat, we will write Do not leave in hot mailbox. If you are expecting your plant to get there on a hot day, please wait for your mail to come that day so your plant doesn’t bake in the mailbox. Open your package immediately after receiving it.
